Order Processing & Dispatch

At Ohmycod, we’re committed to getting your order out quickly. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We only use reliable tracked delivery services to make sure your order arrives safely. Estimated delivery times are:

• UK Standard Tracked Delivery – 2–4 working days

• UK Express Tracked Delivery – 1–2 working days

• International Tracked Delivery – 5–10 working days (depending on location)

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, or customs for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam/junk folder or get in touch at info@ohmycod.shop.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Free UK Standard Shipping on orders over £66

• Express shipping available for an additional cost

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to locate your package.
